How to use the arm blaster?


To gain the best arm workout, use a standing bicep curl.

Hold the weight and stand up straight. Squeeze the bar with both hands; the grip should be shoulder-width apart in each hand. Bend your knees slightly and place the barbell on your thigh.

Tuck, your elbows in a while, lifting the weights up to shoulder height, then hold for 3 seconds when contracting, and then lower them back down. Do 3 sets of this, ensuring failure on each set.
