Refund and Exchange Policy


We at Genghisfitness want our customers to be entirely delighted with the products they buy from us. We provide a straightforward returns and exchanges process if you are dissatisfied with your purchase.


For a return or exchange, the goods must be in the same condition as when they were bought, with all tags and packaging still attached. Products used, damaged, or not in their original condition may not be returnable or exchangeable.


Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the date of purchase. We may not be able to accept the return or exchange after this deadline.

Return Delivery:

 Unless the item is being returned due to a defect or error on our part, the customer is liable for the cost of return postage. As we are not responsible for any missing or damaged returns, we recommend choosing a delivery method that includes tracking and insurance.

Restocking Fee: 

Certain products may be subject to a restocking fee. We’ll let you know if a customer’s return or exchange has a restocking fee.


Once the returned merchandise has been received and inspected, refunds will be made to the original payment method. Please wait up to ten business days for your refund to be processed and credited to your account.


Please contact our customer service team if you wish to replace a product with a different size, colour, or style. We will help you with the exchange process and tell you how to return the original merchandise.


Some products, such as customized or custom-made items, may not be eligible for refunds or exchanges. If such exceptions apply to a customer’s order, we will notify them.

Damaged or Defective Products:

Products that are damaged or malfunctioning If you get damaged or broken goods, please let our customer service team know as soon as possible. We’ll provide instructions on returning the item and getting a replacement or refund.
